Non-Employed Worker (NEW)Packet: Orientation & Annual Mandatory Education

Directions: At the end of the module print and save the paperwork. You will need to provide a copy to your supervisor as proof of your completion of this education.

Choose the Medication Safety Module that is appropriate for your job duties.

Medication Safety Module-Long Version – This version is for any clinical and non-clinical staff who prepare, dispense and administer meds (nurses, pharmacists, etc.)

Self-Learning Activities

Read and complete each of the SLAs required for you job class. Print only the post test and evaluation.  These will be collected on your orientation day.
